More Easter

It was really nice outside and kind of windy so we flew the kites for a little whilte today


These are flowers in our back yard, they are really cool the flowers open during the day and cose at night! These are for everyone back home who we miss and have lots of cold weather still!

Quinn was so excited he could not believe the Easter Bunny did all of this! He kept asking us where is the Easter Bunny?

Easter Morning

The Easter Bunny came last night and left lots of goodies. Gavin got a broom and dust pan and lots of candy and a coloring book. Quinn got a Lighting McQueen Watch and the Bee Movie!! The Easter Bunny hide the baskets under the kitchen table next year he'll have to get a littl emore creative!

Swimming Lessons

We had our first swimming lessons today! Gavin and I went together, he was not very happy about being in the water for about the first 20 minutes all he did is pretty much cry, at one point I almost said forget this. Then the last 15 minutes he was loving it! As for Quinn he is in a class with 4 other kids and was having difficulty listening to the teacher. Mike said he most have gotten out of the water like 3 times and wanted to do his own thing! And we wonder where he gets this from????

Coloring Easter Eggs

We had a good time Coloring Easter Eggs! I found out this year if you put lemon juice in with the food coloring the eggs turn out much better in color than in years past. I suppose it helps I actually read the directions too!

St.Patricks Day Festival

We went to the annual St.Patricks Day Festival in Downtown Phoenix. It was a prefect day, not to hot and just enough breeze to keep us cool! Mike and I had ruebens for lunch, can't beat that! Of course Mike had Guiness! They have Irish music and dancing. Kids games and rides, The picture of Quinn on the Lighting McCQueen slide he was sititng up there for a few minutes before he decided to come down!

My friend Rachael got married, that was the reason we were at home. We all wore Indian Sarees. The wedding was in Milwaukee. Mike and I went to the wedding the boys hung out with Uncle Rudy and Karissa, and Grandma! We had a great time and were happy that the boys got a chance to visit with everyone. On Saturday, the boys went to see Grandma & Grandpa Will and Grandma Kalt!

While we were home it was Mikes 34th Birthday! We had a wonderful German Chocolate Cake from Strongbows!!! Mikes favorite!

Our trip to Indiana

Our trip to Indiana was a lot of fun, We visited with Bo & Sam, our new Cousin Baby Jacob, Drew( who was at school when we took these pictures), Mimi, Aunt Katie and Robin. we had a good time visiting with everyone. Quinn and Gavin did not seem to mind the cold, except when it was time to go outside neither of them was too thrilled on putting on coats! I flew home with the boys on Tuesday, luckily there was an extra seat on the plane next to me for Gavin! I was pleasantly surprised on our plane, they were both very good boys! AS we were taking off I said to both boys this should be fun, I look over at Gavin he has both hands up saying wheeeee! What a trooper!

We had a lot of fun, The day was prefect it was really the first warm day we have had in awhile!! The boys each had a snow cone! Quinn was really into the game every two minutes he kept asking Mike,"what Happened" I think he drove the people around us to drink a lot!
